Delivery
Available destinations, delivery charges and product-specific timing are shown before payment. After purchase, the order status page records fulfilment progress. If a supplier timing changes before dispatch, support will contact you using the details supplied with the order.
Returns and withdrawal
Contact support within 14 days after delivery if you want to withdraw from an eligible online purchase. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item. Return shipping may be your responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect, we offered to pay it, or applicable law requires otherwise. Your statutory rights are not limited by this summary.
Bulky items
Furniture-sized items need special return handling. Contact support before arranging collection so the return route, condition requirements and any applicable cost can be confirmed in writing.
