What this preview stores

A submitted preview order stores the name, email address, country, selected products and total in a private database solely to test the order pipeline. It does not take payment.

Support requests

The support form stores the name, email address, selected topic and message in a private support queue so the store operator can respond manually. It does not send automated email. Support requests are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Technical storage and anonymous measurement

This preview stores bag contents and a random browser session identifier locally so the bag works and we can count anonymous product views, add-to-bag actions and checkout starts. The measurement database stores the event type, optional product slug, random session identifier and timestamp only; it does not store order contact details or marketing profiles. Anonymous events are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Cookies

No advertising or third-party marketing analytics are configured. Local browser storage is used only for the bag and the anonymous session identifier described above.

Before public launch

The final operator identity, contact details, lawful bases, retention periods, processor list and data-subject request method will be published before accepting live customer orders.
